Shipping and return policy

We’re happy to provide free shipping on orders over $50 in Canada. (If you love coffee, getting over that amount is pretty easy). For orders that don’t meet the free shipping minimum, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Gift card purchases can’t be used towards the minimum. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed, but we’ll do all we can to get our coffee to you promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy — Roasted Coffee (100% Satisfaction Guarantee)

Overview

We want you to love our roasted coffee. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100% return and refund guarantee.

Eligibility

Applies to unused or opened bags of roasted coffee purchased directly from us (online, in-store, or at events). Must be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase date. Refunds apply to the product purchase price. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit).

Condition for Returns

If unopened: return for a full refund or exchange.
If opened: return the remaining coffee for a full refund if quality, flavor, or freshness does not meet your expectations. Please include details about the issue (taste, aroma, stale/roasted profile) to help us improve.

How to Request a Return

Contact our Customer Support within 30 days at:

Provide order number, purchase date, product name, and a brief description of the issue.
We will issue a Return Authorization and provide return instructions. Do not send product without authorization.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the return (or in cases where inspection isn’t necessary), we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you prefer, we can offer a replacement bag or store credit equal to the purchase price instead of a refund.

Exceptions

Wholesale and large-batch commercial orders may have modified terms; please contact sales for details.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the customer are not covered.
Promotional or clearance items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only; exceptions will be noted at time of sale.

Shipping for Returns

If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover return shipping costs.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
