Where do you source your coffee beans from?

Our coffee beans are carefully sourced to bring out the best flavors in each of our blends: Beaches Blonde, Annex Artisianal, & Signature Blends – A curated blend of high-quality South American coffees. Humber Reflections – 100% Colombian, highlighting the rich and balanced flavors of this renowned coffee region.

Are your coffee beans ethically and sustainably sourced?

Absolutely. We’re committed to sourcing coffee responsibly, and every bean we roast meets the highest ethical and sustainability standards. Our coffee is either Organic Certified, Rainforest Alliance Certified, or both—ensuring that farmers are treated fairly, ecosystems are protected, and every cup supports a better coffee-growing future. Plus, we uphold the rigorous standards required for B Corp certification, so you can feel good about every sip.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

To keep your coffee fresh for as long as possible, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, as coffee absorbs odors and condensation can affect the flavor. For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within 2-4 weeks of opening.

Do you offer whole bean and ground coffee options?

Yes! We offer both whole bean and ground coffee. Our ground coffee is a medium grind, ideal for drip brewing—but Karen, our founder, even uses it in her French press!

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada! For customers in the Toronto GTA area, we offer hand delivery or local courier service—sometimes as early as the next day after you place your order.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within (1) business days. If you’re in the Toronto GTA area, you could receive your order as early as the day after placing it. For the rest of Canada, shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within (3) business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey. We deliver all across Canada—if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over $45. Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. For standard shipping rates, you can check the total at checkout before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

Whether you need just a couple bags or five, we’ve got you. Choice & flexibility rule this neighbourhood. Mix & match your fav blends and coffee grinds. No judgment here.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You can pause, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription anytime. Just send us a quick email or text, and we’ll take care of it for you. We’re happy to help make your subscription work best for you!

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You’ll be billed monthly on the same day you originally subscribed. Need to update billing? Contact our support team!

Do you offer a discount for subscribers?

Yes! Our subscribers enjoy 10% off every order plus free delivery within the GTA. If you’re outside the GTA, you’ll receive free delivery on subscriptions of 3 bags or more. It’s the best way to save while ensuring you never run out of fresh, artisanal coffee. Subscribe today and enjoy the perks!

What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to love every cup of our coffee. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right. We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll offer a refund or replacement—no questions asked. If you received the wrong item or your coffee arrived damaged, please contact us with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement right away. We may ask for feedback to help us improve, but your happiness is our priority.
