Our Signature Blend is a sophisticated, energizing, silky and earthy blend that exemplifies the eclectic and diverse nature of the neighbourhoods spread across this fabulous city of Toronto.

Roasted in small batches, our signature blend was created from the highlands of Nicaragua, Honduras and Columbia with a touch of magic from Peru. This roast maintains a sophisticated and bold flavour that only dedicated artisanal roasters, like ours, can create.

The profile is a medium dark with low acidity and no bitterness.
