MOM'S DAY GIVEAWAY RULES (the “Official Rules”)

Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Neighbourhood Coffee, its affiliates, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the contest.

Contest Period: The contest begins on May 7th, 2023, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on May 10th, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET.

How to Enter: During the Contest Period, follow both @neighbourhoodcoffee.to and @sarassoapsandcandles on Instagram, like the contest post, and tag three friends in the comments. Share the post to your Instagram story for additional entries. No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase or otherwise impact your chances of winning in this contest.

Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of one (1) Mom's Day Brunch Bunch bundle. The approximate retail value of the prize is $69.95 CAD. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

On May 11th, 2023, in Toronto, ON, at approximately 10:00 AM ET, one eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with the Rules. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Winner Notification

Neighbourhood Coffee will make a minimum of two attempts to contact the selected eligible winner via direct message on Instagram within 1 day of the selection date. If the selected eligible winner cannot be contacted within 1 day, they will forfeit all rights to the prize, and another eligible entrant will be randomly selected.

Winner Announcement

The eligible winner's name will be published on instagram.com/neighbourhoodcoffee.to within 7 days of confirmation or no later than May 18th, 2023.

Skill-Testing Question

The selected winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid.

General

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Neighbourhood Coffee, which are final and binding in all respects. Entrants also agree to release and hold harmless Neighbourhood Coffee and Instagram from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize won.
