We can help with returns on a case by case basis, and we hope to always find a resolution that works for our customers.
If you are unhappy with the quality of our product, returns on merchandise items that are unopened/unused may be shipped back to us. We can replace items or provide alternative blends to find the right product for you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
